;Anwar C. ;Risdawati A.Anemia in pregnant women will increase the risk of bleeding before and during labor, and caneven cause death of the mother and baby if the pregnant woman is suffering from severe anemia. Pregnant women who suffer from anemia are likely to experience postpartum hemorrhage. The frequency of postpartum hemorrhage is 15-120% of all deliveries. Considering the magnitude of the adverse effects of anemia on pregnant women and fetuses, it is therefore necessary sufficient attention to the problem of anemia. Data obtained from the Lampaseh Community Health Center, the number of pregnant women in 2018 was 315 people, while the number of third trimester pregnant women who experienced anemia was 80 people (52.17%). The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women in the Work Area of Lampaseh Public Health Center in Kuta Raja District Banda Aceh City in 2019. The population in this study were all trimester III pregnant women, amounting to 80 people. The sampling technique was done by Purposive Sampling with a sample size of 30 anemic pregnant women and 30 normal pregnant women. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test with a significance limit of 95% (P≤0.05). The results showed there was a relationship between age (P-value=0.018), education (P-value=0.010), parity (P-value=0.004), and consumption of Fe tablets (P-value=0.002) with the incidence of anemia in trimester pregnant women III. There was no correlation between KEK status (P-value=0.421) with the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women. -
PublicationDeterminants of unmet need at working area of health centre Peukan Bada Aceh Besar in 2019( 2020-11-02)
;Safitri F. ;Kana I.Unmet need is a multidimensional problem and will not only be a cause of population explosion but can also affect the high maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Indonesia. The percentage of national unmet need itself in 2015 was 14.87%. Unmet need in the province of Aceh amounted to 14.25% and with a percentage of the incidence in Aceh Besar as much (16.28%). The purpose of this study was to determinants of unmet need at working area of Puskesmas Peukan Bada Aceh Besar in 2019. This type of research is analytic with cross sectional approach. The research was carried out on 10th until 30th June 2019 in at working area of Puskesmas Peukan Bada Aceh Besar. Sampling by purposive sampling with a sample of 32 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire and data collection techniques by interview. Analysis of data by univariate, bivariate and multivariate methods. The results of the bivariate analysis obtained determinants of age (p=0.000 OR=27.00), education (p=0.002 OR=17.00), knowledge (p=0.018 OR=7.93), number of children (p=0.002), husband support (p=0.006 OR=12.60) and health workers role (p=0.002 OR=18.00). The results of multivariate analysis found that the most dominant factor was health workers' role (OR=11.379). PublicationApplication of ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm in the short rute search for completing travelling problem (TP)( 2020-11-02)
;Mutiawati M. ;NellyTravelling in the community has become a lifestyle. Factors that become obstacles in every travelling activity include determining the destination. In this process, the traveler needs a short route. The Ant Colony algorithm is one of the heuristic methods for finding the right solution in a discrete optimization problem. The purpose of this study is to apply the workings of the Ant Colony Optimization algorithm in Travelling Problem. The information needed is information related to a location between cities and route planning for destination locations. The distance calculation is done by summing the initial distance to the end of the trip and calculating the cost of fuel. ACO has been applied to find optimal solutions to the Travelling Salesman Problem, by giving a number of n points. -

The population is a group of youths who are pursuing their studies at public universities (age range 18-25) randomly selected through multi stage random sampling. Four selected universities to represent the zones and G Power Analysis Software has been used to identify sample size. Facebook is the main choice for respondents in the search for health information after Youtube and Blog. Twitter was less used by respondents in the context of health information search. In terms of health information sought, the majority of respondents liked to seek information about the cause of the disease, symptoms, complications or effects and nutritional information. Most respondents prefer to seek health information in the form of images and storytelling/personal experiences of suffering from illness. Respondents spent most of their time on Blog and Youtube for reading on health information. Youth are using social media for seeking health information. PublicationService Quality as Predictors of Patient Satisfaction in Penang Private Hospitals( 2024-06-07)
;Kamal N.S.F.M. ;Ayub S.H. ;MarniatiAndika F.The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the quality of healthcare services by investigating the factors affecting patient satisfaction and predictors in private hospitals in Georgetown, Penang, Malaysia based on three service quality dimensions of the SERVQUAL which Responsiveness, Reliability, and Tangibility. A modified SERVQUAL questionnaire was used using random sampling to gather the research data and the respondents are consisted of 204 public and outside patients who are prior to the onset of the investigation. Pilot test is conducted for 54 respondents and all the variables obtain Cronbach's Alpha more than 0.7 which is acceptable. Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) is used to evaluate data of this research. The results of the study revealed that the perceived healthcare services in private hospitals do not significantly vary. The dimension of responsiveness was rated the highest while tangibility was perceived as the least important of the three SERVQUAL dimensions applied in this study. Therefore, this research suggests to use more dimensions of service quality theories and bigger samplings to obtain better results and may be used to contribute in enhancing the quality of healthcare services of private hospitals in Penang, Malaysia and in other similar environments.1
