Researchers have indicated surge of interest on seeking clarification for higher improvement in organizations' innovation performance. The scholarly articles highlighted that market orientation, total quality management and supply chain integration are considered the most valuable asset within organizations' operations. Empirical findings, however, reiterate on the inconclusive impacts of negative, positive and no impacts on the firms' innovation performance relationship. In pursuance of addressing this research gap, this paper postulates on the conceptual framework discussing the moderating effect of innovation capability on the synergy between market orientation, total quality management and supply chain integration on innovation performance. It underlines that the effectiveness of innovation performance's antecedents can be improved through direct or indirect applications of innovation capability. In summary, the critical analyses discover in this research will improve the existing information on the domain of market orientation, total quality management, supply chain integration, innovation capability and innovation performance as well as providing references for investigation in other countries.

The likelihood of meeting on time delivery expectation for electronic manufacturer is demonstrated as the productivity's result. It depicts that adequate item is accessible for delivery, permitting the variability in yield, and the likelihood that the item will be sent in the submitted time frame, taking into consideration process duration change. Numerous service firms use delivery time assurances to go after clients in the commercial focus. This study reports the application of a 6σ project on the improvements of Company X products on time delivery. The methodology adopted in this study is the Define Measure Analyse Improve Control (DMAIC) technique of 6σ. This method is adopted as Six Sigma gives a viable instrument to concentrate on customer prerequisites, through improvements of process quality. Six Sigma projects are performed with the goal of improving on time delivery, in- process quality and product quality. This study describes the application of the Six Sigma methodology, focusing the five phases - Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control, by taking the example of a project, and demonstrates the benefits attained.

Instrument construct is one of the most important issues in conducting research. Without proper consideration in tackling the issue, it is difficult for the instrument to be considered as valid and reliable. If construct validity is accurate, then it will provide a clearer and more precise descriptive analysis on the concepts being investigated. The most important criteria that need to be considered in answering the construct validity are reliability and validity. In traditional measurement model, the understanding of reliability and validity is totally different from the one offered by Rasch model. Regardless of the difference, an internal consistency is still widely being used as the primary method to measure the item sampling. Using this model, local dependence and item fit are most considered in getting valid, reliable, and consistent, hence its significance. Finally the study applies goodness of measure purposely to answer issues related to validity and reliability tests. Principal components analysis was carried out to test the construct of questionnaires used in the study.

The construction industry is growing extraordinarily, progressive and profitable. It is one of the topmost sectors that contribute to the economy of a country. Even so, it is the riskiest industry as construction workplace has the highest number of fatality and injuries. Safety and health issues remain critical to the construction industry due to its working environment and the complexity of working practices. When related to health, hygiene is one factor to be observed, in which safety is a primary concern in the construction sector. Hygiene, being part of safety and health management in site plays a significant role in the performance of an organization. At some extent, ignorance of hygiene resulted catastrophically. The present study found the influence of industry hygiene towards innovation performance in the construction industry. The industrial hygiene which measured through few dimensions, i.e. hygiene knowledge, personal hygiene behaviour and hygiene personnel protection equipment are tested against innovation performance as the dependent variable. Following the comprehensive reviews, it is pertinent for the research to choose a quantitative undertaking, where questionnaires survey is the primary tool to collect the data among the construction companies, i.e., developers and contractors that registered with CIDB. The instrument will be developed to investigate the influence of industrial hygiene practices toward innovation performance. The research objectives will be achieved by statistically analyzing the collected data with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to verify the relationship between the variables.

The negative moderating effect of social intelligence explains the importance of having work experience as a manner to develop necessary skills prior to starting up a new business. This study uses data from 91 entrepreneurs in technology based SMEs in Malaysia and employs structured equation modelling analysis. The results set a boundary condition to the generally presumed relationship between entrepreneurial talent and sustainable performance of SMEs, thereby improving the understanding of how these phenomena are related.
