Tricet method of weight training is an exercise that involves using three types of tools to train one group muscle in the sequence order, but with different types of exercises for each set and without breaks between sets. Exercise with this method is able to provide maximum response to a group of muscles that are trained so that the potential for muscle development is more optimal. This paper investigates this method by giving a treatment in the form of weight training with the tricet method to be carried out 3 times a week, with exercise intensity of 70% to 80% or One Maximum Repetition (1RM), 3 sets, and 8-12 repetitions with the aim of increasing muscle hypertrophy. The results of the pre and post-Test hypertrophy t-Test analysis of arm, chest, thigh, and calf muscles in the experimental group showed a significant difference (p < 0.05). This investigation concluded that weight training based on the tricet method is able to increase hypertrophy over body large muscle.

The principle of development is the occurrence of changes that involve the functioning of the nervous system and muscles as well as the change itself concerning the quality of motion that can be measured by tests of motor skills. Changes of the quality in motor movement among children is determined by the factor of teachers/counsellors, infrastructure facilities, and the existence of environmental factors. In measuring successful motor development among preschool children, this paper proposes the Motor Development Index (MDI) to be used as one of the parameter indicator. MDI is a composite index that includes (1) child enrolment rate (2) availability of public service venues (3) gross and fine motor skills (4) availability of builders/instructors as well as (5) sources of financing. The results showed that MDI in motor development among preschool children is still very low, with the value of only 0.387. However, the proposed MDI measurement is better than Sports Development Index (SDI) of value 0.345. In the future, the MDI measure is proposed to be parameters of motor development success among preschool children as MDI components allows presenting a more comprehensive measure.

Traditional methods of rehabilitation that lacking excitement can contribute to demotivate patients in completing rehabilitation. Thus, interactive and interesting rehabilitation methods are essential to ensure stroke patients continue rehabilitation activity. This project proposes a wireless home based wrist rehabilitation device with an android-based game application (app). The patients will be able to do wrist therapy at home or anywhere with the rehabilitation device. The device is consists of an accelerometer that can measure acceleration in three dimensional space. It is developed in free wrist movement such as roll, pitch and yaw. The accelerometer data is processed by an Arduino Micro, and converted into mouse cursor movement that can be used in an android-based game app for rehabilitation. The game app called "BallGame" is being developed using the MIT App Inventor software. In this work, the hardware development of the rehabilitation device is presented. Furthermore, early development stages of the game app is described where the data from the rehabilitation device is successfully transmitted to the app via Bluetooth communication.

Multiple Fusions Approach for Keystroke Dynamics Verification System with Soft Biometrics
Computer security is a process that controls the entire information system, including network, system and hardware. Important information that must be controlled in a system is the data or information contained in a system. Various methods have been used to ensure that only users with legitimate access to data can use a system. Usernames and passwords have been a common practice by many systems as the first requirement to be fulfilled to access the system, but some systems use the secondary verification for additional confirmation. In this article, Keystroke Dynamics has been used as the user's second level authentication for the systems that use the keyboard to login into a system. A common problem of system intrusions is that the system fails to identify the user who signs in using the keyboard when the login is correct. There is a possibility that someone else tries to break into the system. To ensure and improve users' recognition who use the keyboard to enter their logins into the system, Keystroke Dynamics is used as a next-level verification if the login is correct. Soft biometrics is used in the user authentication process using KD method in this study. The soft biometric elements used in this study are culture, gender, educational level (CGPA - Cumulative Grade Point Average) and region of birth (ROB). All of these four soft biometric elements are expected to enhance capabilities in the user authentication process.

Diversification is a strategic method that investors use to optimize risk of portfolio. It is an opportunity by which investors move from micro-firm into macro-firm. The investors' aim is to make an optimal choice that leads to minimization of risk and maximization of return, but the methods that lead to these objectives are not easily achieved. The purpose of this paper is to propose a method to minimize risk of portfolio. Firstly, this paper investigates the risk reduction strength of each asset and secondly, it explores the impact of each asset in minimizing risk of portfolio. The assets allocations divulge by Black Litterman model are used to estimate risk of both portfolios and assets. We explore DataStream (Yahoo finance) of Gold, Oil and Natural gas which spans from January, 2010 to September, 2016. It is observed that investing on Gold minimizes higher risk and achieve more benefits than other assets in the portfolio. In view of these facts, it means diversifying in gold acts as hedge/safe haven for investors during economic crisis.

The navigation system has been around for many years in terms of map and simple navigation control, and only recently has technology caught up in the idea of the interconnected world, allowing full assist of navigating from one point to another becomes reality. Recently, the architecture of the shopping stores is getting more and more complex and it is hard for the consumers to find their desired store. As the satellite signal cannot be used inside the building, hence, in this project, we propose an indoor navigation system by using the Bluetooth low energy (BLE) signal. The BLE signal is emitted from every BLE beacon in the building and the receiver which is the smartphone will determine which of the beacon is the closest to the receiver and determine the user location. This technique is called fingerprint which is usually used for BLE beacon. The verification tests have been performed in UTHM where the lecture hall complex was used for the test. The results show that the proposed system is able to navigate to the destination accurately.

With the future technology and architecture, the digital musical instruments have been designed into a pack of electronic hardware and software with no strings or animal skins for producing an instruments sound. One of the musical instruments with high interest to learn by a beginner is piano. To solve this problem, this research aimed to design and development of basic digital piano keyboard using FPGA for rapid prototyping. The core of this project is keynotes which is a common input peripheral device that is connected with FPGA which is DE1-SoC-MTL2 and speaker to complete a basic learning system of piano. The architecture is designed using Verilog HDL through the Altera Quartus Prime software. Verilog has been designed to export every 13 keys to 13 certain note then implemented on DE1-SoC-MTL2. The basic system process is a keynote press is needed to activate or produce the certain piano sound. MTL2 used to display a pressed keynote. There are 13 keys in total of piano keynotes for this design where each key represents a different note or frequency to match the existing piano at the present day. The 13 different notes are low octave C, C#, D, D#, E, F, F#, G#, A#, B and high octave C basically for beginner user knowledge. All the components of the system are verified using oscilloscope. This digital piano keyboard designed on FPGA has been implemented for user beginner needs, who want to learn to play piano at very basic stage.
