PublicationTricet Method to Increase the Hypertrophy Muscle( 2020-06-17)
;Nasrulloh A. ;Prasetyo Y. ;Nugroho S. ;Yuniana R. ;Pratama K.W. ;Mustapha A.Tricet method of weight training is an exercise that involves using three types of tools to train one group muscle in the sequence order, but with different types of exercises for each set and without breaks between sets. Exercise with this method is able to provide maximum response to a group of muscles that are trained so that the potential for muscle development is more optimal. This paper investigates this method by giving a treatment in the form of weight training with the tricet method to be carried out 3 times a week, with exercise intensity of 70% to 80% or One Maximum Repetition (1RM), 3 sets, and 8-12 repetitions with the aim of increasing muscle hypertrophy. The results of the pre and post-Test hypertrophy t-Test analysis of arm, chest, thigh, and calf muscles in the experimental group showed a significant difference (p < 0.05). This investigation concluded that weight training based on the tricet method is able to increase hypertrophy over body large muscle. -
PublicationPerpendicular High Isolation MIMO Antenna( 2022-01-01)
;Sabri N.H.M.Husna H.This research presented a perpendicular high isolation MIMO antenna for LTE advance application. A high gain perpendicular MIMO antenna is concentrated on designing used in LTE advance application. The issues of low isolation of conventional antenna can be solved by structuring a MIMO antenna in order to increase the isolation in LTE advance application. Generally, the array antenna design causes a bigger antenna size and has a mutual coupling which lead to spectral efficiency damage and reduce the MIMO antenna framework performance. The substrate material like FR-4 is choosing as a dielectric substrate due to its good performances for many applications beside it has a low cost and more usable. The advantage of copper such as has a great relative material, cheaper and easy to construct is choose in this project as a conductive material. ADS software has been utilized for the structure stage to design the antenna. Then, the results are evaluated in terms of return loss (S11 and S22), mutual coupling (S12 and S21), match impedance, directivity, radiation pattern, gain and radiated power. Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) is used to measure the fabricated antenna. The factor of cable loses and the soldering technique will make the measurement result was slightly change from the simulating result. However, the antenna design satisfied the proficiency necessity of the antenna which the frequency is drop at 2.5 GHz with the return loss is below than −10 dB. -
PublicationAnalyzing Diabetic Data using Classification( 2020-06-17)
;Razali N. ;Mustapha A. ;Wahab M.H.A.Madon S.A.F.In modern day, Diabetes has become one of prominent disease that affecting people all around the world. Over 425 million people worldwide with a majority of them are adults living in low and middle income countries had been affected by diabetes. According to the Diabetes Atlas from International Diabetes Federation in 2017, the number of people affected by diabetes disease are expected to increase to over 629 million by 2045. Along with the increasing of the computer science and information technology in researches, its has continued advent into many field including the medical and healthcare field which the cases of this disease and the symptoms are well recorded and documented. This paper aims to use several data mining techniques such as Naive Bayes, Sequential Minimal Optimization (SMO), RepTree and Simple Logistic Regression for classifying whether positive or negative result of diabetes diagnostic. Then, the results will be measured using confusion matrix in term of accuracy, precision and recall as evaluation metric for measuring the classification performance. -
PublicationAccess to the Utilization of Science and Technology of Sports and Familiarity of the Sports Community towards Technologically Based Devices( 2020-06-17)
;Kristiyanto A. ;Prasetyo Y. ;Pratama K.W. ;Karakauki M. ;Mustapha A.The advancement of sport, especially sport coaching in Indonesia, depends on the level of success of sport science and technology transfer process to sport community. This study aims (1) to describe patterns of sports science and technology transfer process to community, and (2) to analyze the level of accessibility and familiarity of the tools of technology-based physical ability test among coaches and sport community. This is a continuation of embryo research on modeling selection and utilization of technology-based devices through the Nominal Group Technique (NGT) at the research stage next year. The experiment was conducted by applying the combination method of various approaches. The approaches includes: Bibliographical Studies, Survey Descriptive, Nominal Groups Technique (NGT), as well as certain stages of a study on modeling the selection and use of hardware and software tools of modern physical ability test on sports community achievements in Surakarta. The results showed that basically the coaches have a tendency as follows: (1) 98.7% respondents felt that most coaches are ready to make improvements by training themselves in using sports science and technology, (2) 97.3% felt that a refreshing model of science and technology-based exercise planning process organized by the stakeholder group exercise can be followed periodically and coached evenly, (3) Respondents did not agree with the statement that community sports coach had appreciation for applied sports science and technology development, the lowest mean item score is the issue of "appreciation of science and technology development in sports". It is high time for coaches in Indonesia to increase their appreciation to sport science and technology, and sport community. -
PublicationMotor Development Index (MDI) Based on Combination of Human Development Index (HDI) and Sport Development Index (SDI) as a Success Parameter of Motor Development among Preschool Children: An Observational Study( 2020-06-17)
;Sutapa P. ;Prasetyo Y. ;Pratama K.W. ;Karakauki M. ;Mustapha A.The principle of development is the occurrence of changes that involve the functioning of the nervous system and muscles as well as the change itself concerning the quality of motion that can be measured by tests of motor skills. Changes of the quality in motor movement among children is determined by the factor of teachers/counsellors, infrastructure facilities, and the existence of environmental factors. In measuring successful motor development among preschool children, this paper proposes the Motor Development Index (MDI) to be used as one of the parameter indicator. MDI is a composite index that includes (1) child enrolment rate (2) availability of public service venues (3) gross and fine motor skills (4) availability of builders/instructors as well as (5) sources of financing. The results showed that MDI in motor development among preschool children is still very low, with the value of only 0.387. However, the proposed MDI measurement is better than Sports Development Index (SDI) of value 0.345. In the future, the MDI measure is proposed to be parameters of motor development success among preschool children as MDI components allows presenting a more comprehensive measure. -
PublicationAIRA Chatbot for Travel: Case Study of AirAsia( 2020-06-17)
;Kasinathan V. ;Wahab M.H.A. ;Mustapha A.Yuen K.Z.Tourism is one of the main economic contribution to many countries worldwide. This paper presents an Artificial Intelligence tool to help improve the performance, quality and credibility of customer service for AirAsia Berhad, a renowned local business in travel/airline industry in Malaysia. The tool, AIRA, is developed using C# in Verbot 5.0 and plays an important role as an information gatherer, gathers all the latest and correct information in order to provide the best service to customers. The evaluation has proved that AIRA provided a simple, easy to navigate GUI with high efficiency, hence a user-friendly system that requires little or no technical knowledge to operate. AIRA is hoped to improve the quality of customer service in AirAsia by giving an alternative to entertain travellers.
