In Indonesia, cesarean section is generally performed when there are certain medical indications, as an act of ending a pregnancy with complications. Besides, it also becomes an alternative delivery without medical indication because it is considered easier and more convenient. The rate of cesarean delivery in Indonesia has exceeded the maximum WHO standard limit of 5-15%. The rate of cesarean delivery in Indonesia is 15.3% in the last 5 years. This research is analytic, with a cross-sectional approach, the sampling technique was by accidental sampling with a total of 85 respondents, carried out on May 12-June 20, 2018, at RSUD Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Data collection was done through distribution of questionnaires, then the chi-square test is performed with a 95% confidence level and a significance limit (a=0.05). Univariate analysis was obtained from 85 respondents, most respondents chose cesarean section delivery with medical indications of 70 respondents (82.4%), multipara parity of 46 respondents (54.1%), experiencing preeclampsia as many as 45 respondents (52.9%), have a history of cesarean section that is 54 respondents (63.5%), experience premature rupture of membranes that are 49 respondents (57.6%) and experience fetal distress that is 52 respondents (51.2%). Bivariate analysis showed parity (p=0.002), preeclampsia (p=0,000), history of cesarean section (p=0.003), premature rupture of membranes (p=0,000) and fetal distress (p=0,000). There is a relationship of parity, preeclampsia, history of cesarean section, premature rupture of membranes, and fetal distress with cesarean section selection with medical indications at RSUD Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. The need for the Hospital, especially obstetricians and gynecologists to consider cesarean section indications more to avoid labor with the cesarean section which is not a medical indication.

Anemia in pregnant women will increase the risk of bleeding before and during labor, and caneven cause death of the mother and baby if the pregnant woman is suffering from severe anemia. Pregnant women who suffer from anemia are likely to experience postpartum hemorrhage. The frequency of postpartum hemorrhage is 15-120% of all deliveries. Considering the magnitude of the adverse effects of anemia on pregnant women and fetuses, it is therefore necessary sufficient attention to the problem of anemia. Data obtained from the Lampaseh Community Health Center, the number of pregnant women in 2018 was 315 people, while the number of third trimester pregnant women who experienced anemia was 80 people (52.17%). The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women in the Work Area of Lampaseh Public Health Center in Kuta Raja District Banda Aceh City in 2019. The population in this study were all trimester III pregnant women, amounting to 80 people. The sampling technique was done by Purposive Sampling with a sample size of 30 anemic pregnant women and 30 normal pregnant women. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test with a significance limit of 95% (P≤0.05). The results showed there was a relationship between age (P-value=0.018), education (P-value=0.010), parity (P-value=0.004), and consumption of Fe tablets (P-value=0.002) with the incidence of anemia in trimester pregnant women III. There was no correlation between KEK status (P-value=0.421) with the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women.

The study was aimed to investigate the Anti-inflammatory effect of ethanolic extract gel of Averrhoa bilimbi L. leaves (EEGABL) in mice. The results indicated that the healing period of the first-day test on the 7.5% extract was more stable compared to the betadine, which had a faster healing period, followed by 5% extract, 10% extract, and without extract. The study concludes that the ethanol extract gel of Averrhoa bilimbi L. leaves had an anti-inflammatory effect on wound healing. It is suggested that the next study focus on other forms of preparations, such as creams, ointments, and lotions for the treatment of anti-inflammatory effects and look for broader functions of the secondary metabolites of the Averrhoa bilimbi L. leaves.

Unmet need is a multidimensional problem and will not only be a cause of population explosion but can also affect the high maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Indonesia. The percentage of national unmet need itself in 2015 was 14.87%. Unmet need in the province of Aceh amounted to 14.25% and with a percentage of the incidence in Aceh Besar as much (16.28%). The purpose of this study was to determinants of unmet need at working area of Puskesmas Peukan Bada Aceh Besar in 2019. This type of research is analytic with cross sectional approach. The research was carried out on 10th until 30th June 2019 in at working area of Puskesmas Peukan Bada Aceh Besar. Sampling by purposive sampling with a sample of 32 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire and data collection techniques by interview. Analysis of data by univariate, bivariate and multivariate methods. The results of the bivariate analysis obtained determinants of age (p=0.000 OR=27.00), education (p=0.002 OR=17.00), knowledge (p=0.018 OR=7.93), number of children (p=0.002), husband support (p=0.006 OR=12.60) and health workers role (p=0.002 OR=18.00). The results of multivariate analysis found that the most dominant factor was health workers' role (OR=11.379). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between age, education, knowledge, number of children, husband's support, and the role of health workers with the Unmet need events at working area of Puskesmas Peukan Bada Aceh Besar. It is expected that health workers can provide more education to the community in the form of family planning health education, so as to reduce the number of unmet need events.

This study aims to analyze convergence of per capita income of districts/cities in Aceh Province. The study period is divided into two phases, namely the phase before the transfer of autonomous funds (2001-2007) and the phase after the transfer of Special Autonomy Fund (Otsus) in 2008. The model used is a panel data regression model that is grouped into both phases. In addition, to see convergence of per capita income between regions in Aceh Province, sigma and beta (absolute and conditional) convergence is used. The results show that, first of the sigma convergence phase analysis prior to the transfer of special autonomy fund, GRDP-per capita experienced a census indicated by the value of standard deviation that fluctuated with the downward trend, then in the phase after the transfer of funds of economic autonomy of Aceh also experienced convergence indicated by the standard deviation value fluctuates with the downward trend. Second, for the second phase beta convergence analysis, the phase before the Otsus funds transfer and phase after the transfer of Otsus funds shows that there is no convergence of GRDP-per capita but the divergence shown by the initial positive-marked PDRB-per-capita coefficient value. While the influence of other economic variables such as Capital Expenditure, Total Labor Force, and Total Factor Production in the phase before the transfer of funds Otsus affect the GDP-per-capita. While in the post-autonomous transfer phase none of the exogenous variables affect the GRDP-per-capita.

Travelling in the community has become a lifestyle. Factors that become obstacles in every travelling activity include determining the destination. In this process, the traveler needs a short route. The Ant Colony algorithm is one of the heuristic methods for finding the right solution in a discrete optimization problem. The purpose of this study is to apply the workings of the Ant Colony Optimization algorithm in Travelling Problem. The information needed is information related to a location between cities and route planning for destination locations. The distance calculation is done by summing the initial distance to the end of the trip and calculating the cost of fuel. ACO has been applied to find optimal solutions to the Travelling Salesman Problem, by giving a number of n points.
