Abstract
This book is the second edition in the “International Languages and Knowledge” book series under the theme of “Learning in a Changing World”; the book series is designed to update the contemporary language teachers’ and researchers’ knowledge of the major issues in the field. It explores the dynamics of language learning and teaching in differing contexts and cases experienced by researchers. The chapters cover theoretical, empirical, and conceptual developments while discussing and posing inquiries on issues ranging from language teaching, vocabulary learning, and assessments to language use and language acquisition dimensions. This second series includes eight chapters highlighting perspectives from Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Iraq, The Philippines, and Brunei.
