Abstract
This paper primarily demonstrates the detection of human blood biomarkers by evaluating the binding event between antigen and antibody. An interdigitated electrode (IDE) was utilized in this work with the bandgap ~100 µm which was modified with antibody (probe) to capture available antigen. Surface analysis was done by atomic force microscope(AFM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and 3D Nano Profilometer. The electrical measurements was done using linear sweep 0V to 2V. The sensitivity attained was 100 fM.
