Abstract
Multi Walled Carbon Nanotubes (MWCNTs) is one of an excellent nanomaterial that can enhance the sensing of DNA detection. The simple and generic protocol for label free detection of DNA hybridization was demonstrated with random sequence oligonucleotide. Interdigitated electrode was used due to easy fabrication using basic conventional lithography process. DNA hybridization was performed on Interdigitated electrode that was modified with MWNCTs to act as surface active area, electrical conductance change due to the effect of MWCNTs-DNA binding on DNA functionalization were measured.
