Abstract
Micro and nano structures Lithium niobate has been deposited on glass substrates using the solgel method. A spin coator was employed at 3500 RPM for 35 Sec. the prepared samples were annealed at 400, 500, 600°C respectively. The film's electrical properties revealed an improved with treatment temperature and found to increase with incident light intensity.
