Abstract
Designing is a process where a sketching is transferred into a 3D modelling with the aid from software. Thus, the modelling is being converted into 3D part throughout CAD or 3D drawing using CATIA V5R16. The models are usually will appear in three-dimensional, whether it is a part or system of parts that can be readily setting up with suitable parameter. Furthermore, with help from this technology, the designers can view variety representations and simulating the parts or objects according to real-world application (Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM),2018). ABAQUS software is being introduces in year 1978, where ABAQUS generally known as suitable software that can be used in analysing the finite element and computer-aided engineering. This software is wide used in engineering field as it has wide material modelling capability and it in capable to be customized. The model can be defining with users' own material and can be simulated in ABAQUS software, also the material that is non-linear such as hyperelastic and elastomeric. Finite element (FE) simulation was performed on the drawing to get the result. By using Abaqus, the simulation get is more appropriate and believable. From the result of the simulation, the design can be compared with the different design and material on the part design.
