    Pembelajaran dalam talian: gaya kepimpinan dan kepuasan kerja guru
    Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan gaya kepimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja dalam kalangan guru yang mengendalikan pembelajaran dalam talian semasa pandemik Covid-19. Gaya kepimpinan yang dikaji ialah gaya kepimpinan transformasi, gaya kepimpinan transaksi dan gaya kepimpinan Laissez Faire. Data dikumpul melalui kaedah kuantitatif dengan mengedarkan borang soal selidik. Responden kajian terdiri daripada 102 orang guru sekolah kerajaan di Pulau Pinang. Kajian dianalisis menggunakan perisian Statistical Package for Social sciences (SPSS) untuk mendapatkan Nilai Korelasi Pearson. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya kepimpinan transformasi, gaya transaksi dan gaya kepimpinan Laissez-Faire dengan kepuasan kerja dalam kalangan guru.

    The impact of the big five personality traits on work engagement among Malaysian public universities academics
    This study focuses on the public universities’ academics work engagement levels based on the individual personality traits that influences them. It is believed that individual personality has a credentials to a person’s attitude or features, which most of the time, being influenced by internal and external factors. Thus, in this study context, researchers’ intented to test academics’ personality while their engaging with their tasks. This study executed in Malaysia context, survey tested on 147 participants or said 147 academics. The participation indicates 64% of responses. Later, the responses of questionnaires were coded thru SPSS version 26. There are six analyses were executed in this study, namely descriptive analysis, normality analysis, reliability tests, Pearson correlation analysis, simple regression analysis and also multiple regression analysis. Results shows that Big Five personality model are interrelated and correlated with work engagement which aligned with previous studies, except for agreeableness personality that been contradicted with past research in this study context. There is high possibility due to various situational issues, such as in aspect of sampling method or misinterpretation by respondents. Moreover, this study tends to be a contribution to literature and stepping stone for more outcomes. Future studies were proposed.

    The impact of social media, familial issues, and academic performance on students' mental health

    Various factors, including social media use, family problems, and academic achievement, significantly impact the mental health of university students. This study examines the intricate relationships among these factors and how they collectively affect third-year Faculty of Business and Communication students' mental health results. The comprehensive analysis of this study aims to provide insights that could guide focused efforts and support structures to enhance the well-being of students. Through a detailed analysis of the linkages among social media use, family dynamics, and academic success, the research aims to identify the complex dynamics that impact mental health outcomes. This study also aims to reduce stigma associated with mental health issues, increase awareness of these issues, and motivate students to get treatment. Researchers utilized IBM SPSS to analyze the data, explaining and summarizing the findings in this study. Pearson correlation tests were used to determine links between variables. Reliability testing and frequency analysis were conducted, revealing a significant link between mental health and social media use among third-year students. According to the study, academic performance and social media have a favorable influence on these students' mental health. However, the second finding found no significant relationship between family issues and students’ mental health. The third finding found a strong favorable relationship between social media use and mental health difficulties among students. Cyberbullying, fear of missing out, addiction, and exposure to disturbing content were cited as negative effects of social media. Understanding these elements can aid in developing measures to reduce the negative impacts of social media on mental health.
