Abstract
Analysis of mini washing machine using DFMA method is an engineering studies to analysis the product in term of manual handling time, manual insertion time, total assembly time, design efficiency of the design and manufacturing method for the design. The main focus of this research are to analysis the current design of mini washing machine XPB42-688. The current design efficiency of the mini washing machine are used as benchmarking tool to make improvement for the future. The current design efficiency of the mini washing machine is 14.3%. The DFMA method used are Boothroyd Dewhurst DFMA method.
