The moderating effect of leadership between organizational structure, organizational culture, rewards, external consultants on organizational performance in Jordanian government department
Until now there are various researcher argued on the organizational performance with difference factor had been studied on Organizational Performance (OP). This study had examine the impact of Organizational Structure (OS), Organizational Culture, (OC), Rewards (R), External Consultants (EC) and Leadership (L) on Organizational Performance (OP). For this study 384 questionaires had been distributed to the Administrator of all Ministry in Jordan. From the distribution, 137 questionaire were respond which 35.6%. From the analysis conducted using SPSS 22.0, all the factors which were had relationship on Organizational Performance (OP). Organizational Structure (OS), Organizational Culture, (OC), Rewards (R), External Consultants (EC) and Leadership (L) have a relationships on Organizational Performance (OP). Besides that, Leadership moderates the relationship of Organizational Structure (OS), Organizational Culture, (OC), Rewards (R), and External Consultants (EC) on Organizational Performance (OP). This results show that how significant Organizational Structure (OS), Organizational Culture, (OC), Rewards (R), External Consultants (EC) and Leadership (L) on Organizational Performance (OP) and it will give good information to the Ministry to enhance on Organizational Structure (OS), Organizational Culture, (OC), Rewards (R), External Consultants (EC) and Leadership (L) towards Organizational Performance (OP). By this research, it provided a good information which can be used by the Ministry, Department, the top managers to increase their Organizational Performance (OP) by looking on the specific Organizational Structure (OS), Organizational Culture, (OC), Rewards (R), External Consultants (EC) and Leadership (L). From this research it will influence the Ministry, Department and the top managers in upgrading all of the variables in achieving their organization objectives.
