dc.description.abstract Research points that most technological developments are not innovative enough which ultimately affect negatively on employee performance. New technological innovation will help employees to work effectively and increase their output dramatically. This study aims to explore more information towards the technology innovation that influence the employee performance. This study examines the relationship between advanced robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), electronic monitoring system and teleconferencing with employee performance in manufacturing industry. In addition, this research is intended to examine the relationship between several variables in a quantitative technique. Primary data was used through a total of 398 collected responses from targeted respondents. The questionnaire method is recorded as the research instruments and measurement to collect the quantitative data. The data analysis is performed and discussed. Four hypotheses were tested which demonstrate the significance of technology innovation for employee performance advancement.
