Abstract
Influenza virus is an infectious cause influenza disease. It was understood that the classification of the influenza virus is based on their host-origin and nomenclatures, were coined based on surface protein (Hemagglutinin and Neuraminidase). The objective of this work is to make a view on Influenza A viral subtypes. Analysis on conserved and non-conserved regions of neuraminidase from five human influenza A virus sub-types and also analysis of the phylogenetic tree will be included.
