Factors affecting students' performance determinants of students' performance have been the subject of ongoing debate among educators, academics, and policy makers. Several factors may affect students' academic performance at universities. This study aims to measure and study these factors using theories on academic performance. Kanri calculator and Mahalanobis Taguchi System are used to determine which factor affects the academic performance. There are two programs with different school involve in this research; Program A and Program B. The results show that the variable 4 which contain course outcome 2 result are meaningfully related to the academic performance.
