In organisational performance strategies, it has been established that Spirituality and religion workplace are emerging areas of research that are yet to be fully investigated. In addition, the influence of spirituality perspective on the general workforce seems not to be fully appreciated. Moreover, the Internal Business Perspective (IBP) also influences the successful implementation of organizational strategic goals, particularly with respect to its non-financial status. However, how workplace spirituality influences the IBP, and their incorporation are also part of the research trends that are yet to be thoroughly done, particularly concerning Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and Private Universities (PUs). This study, therefore, examines the influence of spirituality on IBP in Yemen's HEIs and PUs. To achieve this, an instrument based on Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was designed and administered to the PUs faculties in Yemen. The outcome of the analysis revealed showed that spirituality positively impacts IBP in Yemeni PUs. Therefore, this study would help in re-positioning the roles of spirituality in the general organizational performance, attaining the desired strategic success while having a fostered IBP capability for their workforce.
