The scarcity of clean water decreased the economic value of water and causing damage to the water resources, thus caused fluctuation in discharge water if not properly controlled. Therefore, there is a need for a proper and correct estimation in the management of water resources, by using the method of calculation of total economic value of all values of net benefit. It give a boost to the user wishes to pay the price of water or facilities that comply with abundance of water that has been used as well as water pricing does not occur below the price for the excessive water user. Furthermore, water resources are maintained and available in a long period of time and can guarantee the continuity of clean water for the next generation.
