Abstract
This project is to determine the composition of liquids solvent by using the ultrasonic frequency signal from echoscope scan machine. The transmission technique of ultrasonic signal is focused. On the research experiment, studies on mixing of distilled water with control sodium chloride (Kitchen Salt), kitchen sugar and monosodium glutamate (MSG) concentration respectively will be characterized based on time-of-flight (TOF) technique of ultrasonic signal. The Parameters such as liquid density (ρ), ultrasonic velocity (?), and Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) which is the parameters are using to identify the ratio of composition of liquid solvent at a different temperature. The characteristic graph of each solvent based on this parameters are represented with different result analysis. Thus, it is possible of the wide application using this studies and result to develop a new characterization and classification only not for fluids application however to a solid material as well.
