Customer satisfaction is one of the secrets to any organisation's success; it is a well-known strategy in the business world, and it has evolved into a critical component of a company's existence. Customer satisfaction, on the other hand, is more difficult to describe in practice than it is to define orally. Therefore, in this study, author focused on the relationship between the service quality and word of mouth towards customer satisfaction in Malaysia Family Takaful industry. The findings have implications on the study of the variable, the academia and also the management.
