The Access Service team performs various tasks inclusive of : Circulating materials to patrons. Processing reserve items and making them available to faculty and students. Maintaining Access Service Desk. Shelving and maintenance of the library collections. Preserving library materials. Maintaining library facilities.     Hub Digital
    Digital Hub in UniMAP UniCITI, Kampus Alam was officially open on December 2015 featuring leisure areas, online reference collections, interactive learning rooms, wired carrels, charging stations, info kiosk and interactive learning tab areas. It serve students and staff community for Faculty Engineering Technology. The Digital Hub is fully equipped with ICT infrastructures based on its visions to provide digital resources for the customer. We provide access to online reference collections consists of reference and text books for each courses available. Digital Hub strived to continue up-to-date facilities and services to library users within limited library space.

Implementing preventive maintenance process for all library hardware. Installing and testing new software related to library functions. Maintaining computers for internet access and print stations. Recommending work procedures related to automation and library systems. Recommending and acquiring software and systems which are related to library functions.
