Abstract
For this project, it is focused on design and analysis a new material to do improvement for a portable blender equipment. In Malaysia, there are many industries portable blender that always produce a new design to attract customers around the world. It also gets highly demand especially from China. The material selection and design improvement are important to produce a friendly use of portable blender to convenience users. The Portable Blender industry share involves the current market status with some changing trends that can affect the Portable Blender market growth rate. The objectives of this project are to design a new concept based on selecting material and to decrease the time to run the portable blender. The design of portable blender equipment is using CAD software and then transfer to Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to analyses the capabilities of part design. At the end of this project, this research will give understanding about design using CAD software and do analysis that improved the portable blender equipment.
