The main objective of this study is to obtain the cardinality of character sums with respect to non-homogeneous Beatty sequences, [α f +β] over Fibonacci numbers f . Thus, some properties of character sums associated with composite moduli over Fibonacci numbers has been extended. The estimation of the cardinality of character sums is obtained as the result of the study.
